A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus a $5 restocking fee.
- Any embroidered or printed items must be unworn and in good condition for a refund.
- Reason for return must be stated clearly before refund can be issued. You will also need to include a copy of the receipt and date that you purchased the item.
- Please contact Customer Us if you need to begin a return.
- Process of refund will be started after the terms and conditions have been fulfilled and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
